Fee for Civil CasesNEWS

Attorney’s fees consist of
"Initial fee","Actual expense", and"Reward".
The firm shall finally make the contract for each case considering various conditions such as difficulty of the case and so on.

＜Initial fee＞

shall be paid when we undertake the case.

※Minimum fee is 100,000 yen (excluding consumption tax)..

＜Actual expense＞

consists of stamp cost, traveling expense and so on.

　

＜Reward＞

should be paid according to the proportion of the success after the case finishes.
